Engaged by defense counsel of three carriers to evaluate allegations of bad faith claims handling under a large property coverage tower. Coverage provided by the three carriers would not attach until hail damage to Lubbock public schools exceeded $50,000,000. The sheer size of the hailstorm required a great deal of time to inspect/reinspect and evaluate potential damage to ~200 buildings on 74 campuses. Further complicating the claim process was the School District’s insistence that roof replacements could only be done during the summer months.
