Burl Daniel, CPCU, CIC, CRM
Mr. Daniel is an Insurance Expert Witness consulting with attorneys representing both defendants and plaintiffs. A list of “Expert Cases” can be viewed here.
Mr. Daniel began his insurance career in 1973 while a student at the University of Texas. Upon graduation with a Bachelors of Business Administration-Insurance degree he worked as a corporate risk manager and later Adjunct Insurance Professor with two Texas universities. He was a full time insurance agent from 1979-2004 and insurance agency principal from 1981-2004.
These agency years provided depth of experience across numerous lines of Property & Casualty insurance. He acquired the insurance knowledge necessary to serve clientele ranging from personal lines to large publicly held companies. Mr. Daniel gained familiarity with agency practices, standards of care and insurance bad faith while managing several insurance agencies. |

- 1988-2001 Principal, Milrany Scott /AIS Insurance Agency, Fort Worth, TX. Insurance agency principal and manager, including sales, carrier negotiations & employee management. Responsible for agency-carrier contracts, claims analysis & acquisition of agencies.
