Mr. Daniel is an Insurance Expert Witness consulting with attorneys representing both defendants and plaintiffs. A list of "Expert Cases" can be viewed here.

Mr. Daniel began his insurance career in 1973 while a student at the University of Texas. Upon graduation with a Bachelors of Business Administration-Insurance degree he worked as a corporate risk manager and later Adjunct Insurance Professor with two Texas universities. He was a full time insurance agent from 1979-2004 and insurance agency principal from 1981-2004.

These agency years provided depth of experience across numerous lines of Property & Casualty insurance. He acquired the insurance knowledge necessary to serve clientele ranging from personal lines to large publicly held companies. Mr. Daniel gained familiarity with agency practices, standards of care and insurance bad faith while managing several insurance agencies.

  • 2001-04Senior Vice President Frost Insurance Agency, a top 100 U.S. national agency. Duties included insurance sales, advice and claims management for insurance clientele.

  • 1988-2001 Principal, Milrany Scott /AIS Insurance Agency, Fort Worth, TX. Insurance agency principal and manager, including sales, carrier negotiations & employee management. Responsible for agency-carrier contracts, claims analysis & acquisition of agencies.

  • 1985-87 Board of Directors: Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County.

  • 1984-88 President, Burl Daniel Insurance, Fort Worth, TX. Insurance sales, service, and claims assistance for Commercial & Personal Lines.

  • 1979-84 Principal, Dickerson-Llewellyn Agency, Fort Worth, TX. Developed initial book of business through Commercial & Personal Lines Insurance sales. Integrated several books of business acquired by agency.

Jeannetta was born and raised in Texas. She obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Tarrant County College in 1993, graduating with honors. She began as a paralegal in 1993 and obtained her certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 2000.

Jeannetta’s experience includes working cases on both sides of the docket, including:  class action and mass tort, commercial litigation, construction law, family law, health care law, insurance defense, coverage and subrogation, toxic tort, medical malpractice, personal injury, premises and products liability, probate and estate, real estate, and workers’ compensation appeals.

She has attended and assisted in many trials from voir dire through jury verdict as an integral part of trial teams.
